By purchasing photo credits and using the AI photo generation service provided by Ideevoog OÜ (registration number 16478761), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge our use of Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service for generating content.

2. Licensing

Users are granted a full, perpetual license to the photos they generate using our service. This license allows for unlimited use, modification, and distribution of the photos, subject to the limitations outlined in these terms and applicable laws.

3. Nature of AI-Generated Content

The AI photo generation is inherently random and dependent on the prompts you provide. The quality and appropriateness of the generated photos are influenced by the nature and specificity of your prompt. We do not guarantee that the generated content will always meet your expectations.

4. No Refunds

Due to the random nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the generated photo.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your prompts and generated content are processed in accordance with Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service policies. This includes no sharing of your data with other customers or OpenAI, and the use of stateless models that do not store your prompts or generated content.

6. Prohibited Use

Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and must not use the service to generate illegal or harmful content. Ideevoog OÜ reserves the right to terminate access for users found in violation of these terms.

7. Amendment of Terms

Ideevoog OÜ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Estonia.
